Every beat that drops while you're a member is licensed to you automatically, and that license is yours for life, even if you cancel.

What you can do

• Record over any beat you're licensed for and release it as your own song

• Sell it anywhere: streaming, downloads, CDs, vinyl, with no cap on streams, sales, or units

• Monetize all of it. Streams, videos, plays, views, no limits

• Make music videos of any length, plus reels, shorts, visualizers, lyric videos, and live footage

• Get radio play, perform live at shows, festivals, and tours

• Change the beat to fit you: arrangement, length, tempo, key

• Use WAV, MP3, and stems, included on every beat

• Send files to your engineer, mixer, or a featured artist working on your record

• Keep 50% of the publishing, and any features or co-writers come out of your half

• Keep your license forever, even if you cancel, and even if the beat is later sold exclusively

What you can't do

• Sell, share, or leak the beat or stems themselves, or flip stems into a new beat to sell

• Register the beat itself with Content ID, a PRO, or a distributor as yours. Register your song, not the beat

• License the beat into someone else's project: TV, film, ads, video games, another artist's release. Sync deals are negotiated separately

• Use the beat or your finished song for AI training or AI generation

• Transfer, share, resell, or hand off your license to anyone else

• Skip the splits: 50% publishing to the producer side, and a 10% master royalty split to [email protected]

The short version:

The license is non-exclusive, so other artists can license the same beat and I keep ownership of it. Your side is simple. Make great music, set the splits, and credit me. No limits, no expiration, no extra fees.
